Hot Pink Sauce started as something I created for a new pizza concept I was developing. My goal was simple: make one sauce that could do it all—a sauce with heat, richness, brightness, sweetness, and savory depth that tasted just as good on pizza as it did on fries, chicken, burgers, tacos, salad or just about anything else.

The inspiration came from a sauce I created while serving in the United States Navy. After revisiting the original recipe and bit of time refining it, I finally achieved the perfect balance of flavors. When I began sharing it with friends, customers, and fellow food lovers, the response was overwhelming. People kept asking where they could buy it and insisted it deserved to be more than just an accoutrement.

That encouragement inspired me to do something I hadn't originally planned: bottle it and share it with everyone.
